Version 5.23.0
How your in-store customers browse the kiosk has a big impact on how we present your product information. Our AI-driven platform is continuously optimizing category and product placement to help you and your customers get the most out of your catalog app.
As a result, our designer-inspired "Room Ideas" with interactive hot spots have replaced the static - and sometimes redundant - Multi-Piece Groups. To improve the browsing experience, we have merged the "Room Ideas" category into the respective "Groups" category.
Your guests can now visually browse every single series, and add matching accessories and related items right from the main group screen.
Our user data shows that the average ticket is significantly higher when guests can browse visually instead of being locked into fixed groups. We are confident you too will see this increase in average basket size.
Groups are a visual shopping concept with product hotspots, directly applied to full-screen imagery. Groups are available in all major furniture categories. Shoppers can simply tap on product hotspots to learn more, change quantities, select product variations, and conveniently add products to the cart.
If your kiosk is offline for more than 24 hours, Wondersign now sends an email to the address on file for your main account. This email alerts you that your kiosk is out of sync and needs to be brought back online. The Catalog Kiosk system checks the online status of every kiosk nightly, and sends an alert email for every kiosk that has been offline for 24 hours or more.
Example email:
"Your device [device name] has been offline for more than [x] hours. Please make sure the device is powered on and connected to the Internet to ensure its catalog information is kept up to date."
You can now download a Windows Surface Catalog Kiosk App for easy Catalog display on your Windows Surface devices. Click here for instructions on how to download the Windows Surface Catalog Kiosk app.
Version 5.22.0
You can now remove all Base, Category, or Product pricing rules at once from the Price Lists screen.
- Log in to my.catalogkiosk.com.
- Navigate toContent > Prices > Manage Everyday Normal Prices.
- Select Pricing Rules from the navigation list on the left.
- Click the Remove all rules button associated with the type of rules you want to remove.

To restore your pricing rules at a later date, import this file into your system using the "Import Pricing from File" option available on this page.
- The system will ask you to confirm your decision again. This step cannot be undone. Click Remove All Pricing Rules to complete this action.
